Secabo MultiCut Pro and MultiTrim Pro – DTF Cutters at Textile Week Adria Fair

At this year’s Textile Week Adria, held in September in Zagreb, Secabo and their Croatian partner DIT presented several solutions. The most attractive for visitors was the DTF cutter MultiCut Pro.

As Mr. Rado Kabakov, Key Account Manager at Secabo, explained, this advanced automatic cutter is designed specifically for precise cutting of DTF transfers. It features an integrated feeding system and a CCD camera that detects markers or QR codes, enabling fully automated, precise cutting without manual positioning.

With a cutting area of 640 × 880 mm, the cutter is fast enough to keep up with the output of three printers. Official specifications list speeds up to 700 mm/s and pressure up to 750 g.
In addition to DTF transfers, the device can cut vinyl, self-adhesive films, and even sublimation papers, making it a versatile solution for graphic and textile workshops. Thanks to its precision and compatibility, it works with most RIPs and software on the market.

“Secabo DTF MultiCut Pro uses a high-efficiency camera that captures registration marks at lightning speed and automatically loads cutting data. Under full production, it can process up to 1,000 motifs per hour,” says Mr. Kabakov.

Market response has been excellent, confirmed by the sale of more than 100 units across Europe in just one year.

They also presented the Secabo MultiTrim Pro, designed for precise cutting of DTF and other transfer materials in rolls. Unlike the MultiCut Pro, which can cut custom shapes, the MultiTrim Pro cuts strictly along the XY axis. They also showcased new heat press models: Secabo TPD7 Smart + Laser and TC5 Lite—one of their best-selling units.
