New Acquisition in the Region: DIT Becomes Part of the Eurotrade Group

After decades of successful partnership cooperation, Eurotrade has finalized the acquisition of the company DIT, becoming its sole owner. This step represents a logical continuation of the long-standing synergy between the two companies, which through their collaboration clearly recognized mutual compatibility, with a particular focus on the growing needs of the digital and wide-format printing market.

DIT has established itself as a specialist in the field of large format technologies, including the sale and installation of UV, latex, and solvent printers, CNC and XY cutters, flatbed and roll-to-roll systems, as well as related finishing solutions such as laminators, applicators, cutting plotters, and professional print finishing equipment. In addition to the hardware segment, DIT has built a strong portfolio of consumables, from inks and media for indoor/outdoor signage to specialized films, textiles, rigid materials, and visual communication technologies. Furthermore, the company has developed a high-quality service and technical support network.

On the other hand, Eurotrade brings to the acquisition its long-standing experience in managing international brands, building logistics capacities, developing partner networks, and identifying market trends. The combination of a strategic approach and DIT’s deep operational expertise creates an excellent foundation for accelerated development, portfolio expansion, and the undertaking of larger investment projects in the region.

Shared Knowledge and Resources as the Greatest Asset

“With this acquisition, we are building a clear platform for new investments, strengthening service capacities, and developing integrated solutions in the wide-format printing segment. By combining our knowledge and resources, we can deliver more modern, faster, and more efficient solutions to the market. Our customers will benefit from a higher level of expertise and reliability,” emphasized Mr. Aron Hrelja, owner and CEO of Eurotrade.

DIT also expressed satisfaction with the new chapter. “The acquisition gives us the opportunity to further develop our existing portfolio and partnerships. The area where our partners will feel the biggest difference is certainly the expanded offer—from equipment to materials,” said Mr. Marko Dikanic, Director of DIT.
